Eligibility & Selection Process
Educational Qualification :
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech. in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- HR/Admin: Full-time 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in PM/IR/HR/Labour/Social Works/MBA with HR specialization
- Finance: CA/CMA Final passed
- Degrees must be from UGC/AIU recognized universities or AICTE approved autonomous institutions.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Maximum age: 30 years as on 01.11.2025
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): +3 years
- PwBD (General/EWS): +10 years, PwBD-OBC: +13 years, PwBD-SC/ST: +15 years
Experience :
- Freshers eligible; no prior experience required for Management Trainee posts.
- Experience may be considered as a plus for HR/Admin and Finance disciplines.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus:
Online Computer Based Test (CBT): 2 hours, 150 questions (1 mark each)
- 100 questions: Technical discipline-related syllabus (qualifying degree curriculum)
- 50 questions: General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge/Awareness
- No negative marking
- CBT in Hindi/English. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview (5:1 ratio)
Final selection: CBT (85% weight), Interview (15% weight), Minimum qualifying marks: 50% in both stages

Salary & Benefits
- Training Stipend: 75% of Basic Pay + DA (Pre-revised scale Rs. 16,400–40,500) during one-year training
- Upon absorption: E-1 Level, full pay scale, plus allowances, perks, and benefits (medical, PF, gratuity, insurance)
