✅ Ensuring high-quality output by following product technical datasheets and design specifications.
✅ Maintaining workplace safety by enforcing a safe and hazard-free environment.
✅ Implementing 5S practices to keep the shop floor clean, organized, and efficient.
✅ Adhering to the production plan to meet on-time delivery goals for customers.
