Qualification– B.E / B. Tech. (Mechanical) (First Class Mandatory without any backlog throughout education)
Experience– Exp. 3 to 8 years in the Manufacturing sectors like Automobile, Engineering & Auto parts manufacturing.
Job Profile – .Develop and implement quality management strategies to uphold high standards.
. Oversee autonomous maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
. Promote the 5S methodology to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.
. Coordinate the implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) aligning with ISO standards.
. Ensure continuous improvement and compliance across quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems.
. Train operators on autonomous maintenance techniques to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
