Job Description: Fresher — Diploma Shift, Electrical/ Mechanical

Candidate screening & selection process will be as follow:

•  Academic criteria screening 55% throughout (10th, Diploma aggregate %)
•  Electrical/ Mechanical Diploma, 2023 & 2024 pass-out candidates only.
•  Male candidates preferred for site operations. Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.
•  Job location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the 8 states where Suzlon operates in India (GJ. MH, MP, RJ, TNKL, & KA)

Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:

• DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level) CTC 2.00 lakh pa + additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy)
• 6 weeks training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks — OJT (On Job Training)
