National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has released an official recruitment notification (Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026) for 67 Operations & Maintenance staff positions. Working with NCRTC offers high-value skill development on cutting-edge transport infrastructure: Advanced Technologies: Exposure to ETCS Level 2 Signalling over a private 4.9G/LTE wireless network, semi-high-speed rolling stock (operating up to 160 km/h), and automated fare collection (AFC) systems using NCMC cards. Intensive Training Programs: Selected candidates undergo specialized On-the-Job Training in signaling, power supply, track maintenance, and train operations before deployment.

Key Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification (as on 10/09/2026)
- Supervisor-I (Operations): Full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma in any discipline.
- Supervisor-I (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil): Full-time 3-year Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Junior Maintainer (Electrical / Fitter / RAC / Electronics): Full-time ITI (NCVT/SCVT) Certificate in the respective trade.
2. Age Limit (as on 10/09/2026)
- Maximum Age: 28 Years for all posts.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST: 05 Years
- OBC (NCL): 03 Years
- PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 Years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules (Max age 50 years)
Selection Process & Pay Scale
Selection Procedure
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 Objective Type Questions (100 Marks, Duration: 90 Minutes). There is no negative marking. Qualifying percentage is 60% for UR/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must meet prescribed medical standards (A-3 standard for Supervisor posts; B-1 standard for Junior Maintainer posts).
Pay Scale & Initial Basic Pay
- Supervisor-I (S1 Level): ₹37,000 – ₹1,15,000 (Initial Basic Pay: ₹37,000) + VDA, HRA, Perks & Allowances.
- Junior Maintainer (NS3 Level): ₹18,250 – ₹59,200 (Initial Basic Pay: ₹18,250) + VDA, HRA, Perks & Allowances.

- SC / ST / PwBD: Exempted (Nil)
