  • Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs):
    During training, DETs will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 40,000 per month. After successful completion of training, DETs will be designated as Junior Managers with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 (IDA pattern), along with usual allowances.
  • Other Benefits:
    Selected candidates are eligible for medical allowance, remote area allowances (if applicable), and other perks as per OHPC policies.
